Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on Transfo Pro.

• To request a refund, reply to your Lemon Squeezy order email or use the contact page — include your order number or license key.
• Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your invoice is issued by Lemon Squeezy, and payment disputes, VAT and billing questions are handled through them.
• When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and Pro features lock in the app.
